Very handsome guy :) I guess it was difficult to get him into focus.
Cool shot! Does he have a home (rock, anemone)? You could try to prefocus and wait for him to pop out of a usual spot. Or, a (very) clean piece of plexi could be used to corral him to limit changes in fish to camera distance.
